Welcome, and thank you for registering for a workshop with Landonworks Pte. Ltd. We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and high-quality learning experience. Please read the following policies before registering.

Registration

Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Workshop spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.

For workshops offered as a multi-session series, participants are expected to attend the sessions in sequence. Registration for later sessions assumes completion of the earlier sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances sometimes change.

Participant Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are not refundable.

Because workshop places are limited, late cancellations prevent another participant from attending.

If you cannot attend, you may request:

  • A transfer of your registration to a future workshop (subject to availability), or
  • A transfer of your registration to another person.

Requests for transfers are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Landon Works Pte. Ltd. cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer of registration to another available workshop date.

Landon Works Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

When you register, we may collect information including:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Any additional information you voluntarily provide during registration

We use this information to:

  • Process your registration and payment
  • Communicate important workshop information
  • Send confirmations and reminders
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Maintain our business records
  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when necessary to:

  • Operate our business using trusted service providers

If you choose to receive future updates from us, we may occasionally send information about workshops, coaching, or related services. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
